Learn Anatomy Through Movement, Not Memorisation

This three-part workshop series is designed to give Pilates instructors and movement professionals a clearer, more practical understanding of anatomy. Rather than getting lost in memorising tiny details, we’ll focus on how anatomy applies to real- life movement, teaching you how to see the body with fresh eyes.

Across three focused sessions, you’ll learn how to locate key anatomical landmarks, recognise common misalignments, and better understand the body’s interconnected systems - skills that will directly enhance your teaching and practice.
