Head Instructor

Daniel is an Exercise Physiologist and Head Instructor of Focus Movement Singapore and Focus Physio Japan. He is also a Senior Educator for Polestar Pilates Asia and conducts instructor training courses throughout Asia. He has been teaching exercise and movement for the last 25 years throughout Asia and Australia and when he is not in his Singapore or Japan studio he is travelling around Asia teaching Pilates and RUNITY running conditioning courses.
